Next steps after IVF

Gigi writes:

I have a question that I am hoping you and some of your members can help me with. I have been going through infertility for 5 years with 4 attempted IVF cycles and no luck.

I am a children's mental health therapist and obviously love children!!. My husband and I are looking to adopt from either russia or china. We are leaning towards russia, but concerned about the "medical reports". We have heard that they ALWAYS come back with medical diagnosis as the orphanages "get more money then". This was told to us by our adoption agency.

Can someone please share their experience with the russian adoption and their medical reports on their children and the outcome-- this would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
